Mykonos

Thermal break aluminium series. Its features allow the realization of: sliding system. Mykonos is the new sliding door by Noval: a formula in which design and style are enhanced through constructive technology and advanced solutions. Inspired by the homonymous Greek island, Mykonos stands out for its sinuous shapes which make room for wide glazing and evocative lighting effects.

Base Basic Dimensions of the system:

• Fixed frame 100 mm
• Mobile frame 42 mm

Glazing Thickness: 35 mm.

Joints:

• Fixed frame at 45° or 90° with screws
• Mobile frame at 45° with spring corner cleats

Type of Seal: Gasket in E.P.D.M.

ITT Classification:

• Air permeability 3
• Water resistance 5A
• Wind resistance A2

Thermal insulation:

Thermal Break made with 20mm polyamide bars for leaves and 36mm bars for frames. Insulation for frame and central overlap in polyamide. Uw value 1.66, calculated on a 2500x2300mm sample, using Ug 1.0 glass with warm edge spacer

Uw value with Aerogel: 1.31, using Ug 0.9 glass.
